Sieve Belts

Sieve belts are used on belt thickeners and belt sieve presses for dewatering sludge or organic components. We are a supplier of Voith, inventor of the spiral/sieve belt. At the Voith production site, 200,000 m² of cloth are produced annually, with spiral cloths up to 74 meters long and 10.5 meters wide. The sieve belts are thermally stretched so that they do not shrink or lengthen during use. Due to the spiral structure with large openings, the screen has a self-cleaning effect when moving around rollers. The seam of the sieve is identical to the rest of the sieve, so there is no extra risk of wear or seam marking. In combination with the structure of the tire, this gives very high strength and stability in all conceivable directions.

Plastic Tanks

Plastic tanks and plastic products produced entirely according to customer requirements. We produce our plastic tanks in-house, varying in volume up to 50m3. The tanks are designed in-house and can therefore be produced entirely according to customer requirements. In addition, we offer the possibility to produce other products. Think of waterproof plastic containers and units, but also advertising-related products, for example in acrylic. Our production hall includes a CNC milling machine, a laser for engraving or cutting plastic, a butt welding machine for producing cylinders and welding machines for plastic.
