Palletizing
IPLA has 4 palletising systems specially designed for the fruit and vegetable sector. These systems have some common features that make the operator’s work easier and help to optimise production. The different palletising solutions can be automatically controlled whenever you want to make a change in the type of boxes. They are equipped with a palletiser entry adapted to small boxes up to 200x300mm. The orientation of the labels will be facing the outside of the pallet so they can be easily read. The floating kit prevents boxes from falling and guarantees the correct closing of the flaps. The centring frame allows to centre the load in order to fit the flaps of the master boxes. The carton sheet manipulators allow the placement of grids or sheets of cartons between layers. Their integrated systems offer the possibility of automate the full pallet transport.
Plate Palletizer
The plate palletiser makes the pattern on the forming table, and conveys the layers made on the forming table to the pallet on a plate with centring plates. It is designed for boxes which, due to their geometry or consistency, cannot be safely transported by pressure clamps. This palletiser can handle patterns with internal gaps, palletising boxes with covers and interlocking the layers. This palletiser is capable of making a wide variety of boxes and formats. With the plate system, maximum safety is achieved in palletising since there is no possibility of the product falling down. A large number of patterns can be made. There is the possibility of tracking by placing the labels on the outside.
Clamps Palletizer
In the clamp palletiser, the boxes are placed on the forming table until the layer is complete. Once completed, the gripper descends and closes the clamps, holding the boxes by pressure. Once the boxes have been secured, the gripper is lifted onto the pallet and moves to the palletising area to deposit the layer after a smooth descent. This palletiser is designed for palletising several elements, and can work by layers or rows. It is a very versatile machine, since there are various gripper models depending on the type of load, so it can be perfectly adapted to the requirements of each customer. This palletiser is able to adapt to a wide variety of boxes and patterns. There is the possibility of tracking with a turner at the entrance of the boxes that places the boxes with the labels ready to face outwards.
Alto Industrial palletizer
The high-level palletiser has been designed for high-speed palletising automation, up to 45 boxes per minute. Its row-based pattern shaping table allows the generation of patterns with multiple gaps, which makes it a very versatile machine. In addition, its alignment and turning belt and its ability to perform coordinate movements makes it a fast machine. The centring frame improves the safety and stability of the pallet by centring the load on the pallet itself. Its accessories include an empty pallet dispenser and a cardboard dispenser to place a sheet of cardboard between two layers of the pallet.
Cargo Industrial Palletizer
The cargo palletiser has been designed for the automation of low and medium speed palletising, up to 15 boxes per minute. Its row-based mosaic forming table allows the formation of patterns with multiple gaps, which makes it a very versatile machine. The centring frame improves the safety and stability of the pallet by centring the load on the pallet itself. Its accessories include an empty pallet dispenser and a cardboard dispenser to place a sheet of cardboard between two layers of the pallet.
