Box Handling System
IPLA counts with different solutions to transport and handle the boxes from the sealing area to the palletising area. With its conveyor systems, the boxes will arrive from different lines to the merge, a machine with a label reading system that will unify the boxes into the same line. Afterwards, the sorter will read and classify all the boxes arriving, to the different exits where the palletisers are located. Depending on the number of boxes arriving, IPLA counts with two types of sorters, one that can process up to 60 boxes per minute and another one that can handle up to 120 boxes per minute. There are many reasons why having a merge and sorter system. You will have less reading errors thanks to the artificial vision camera system used by IPLA. With the management software developed by IPLA, you will have real-time production information. The box deviation without punching offers optimal fruit handling. These systems are robust and easy to maintain and you will have the installation ready for future expansions.
Transport
IPLA has several box conveyor systems, adding for each project, the systems that fit better to the needs of each of its customers depending on the type of box they use for their products. The three main systems are roller, belt and chain conveyors, which are used for plastic crates with irregular bottoms.
Merge
The merge is a system for the unification of crates coming from different sealing areas. It has a dynamic adjustment system to the production, so that the boxes arrive on demand at each of the entrances. With the merge the position of your boxes and the orientation of the labels, even with small boxes, is guaranteed. This machine can work from 1.200 to 6.600 crates per hour. This solution can be connected to any brand of machines used to process fruit upstream of box sorting
Sorter medium speed (up to 60 boxes/min)
The medium speed sorter is a box segregation system that can process up to 60 boxes per minute. The integrated management software allows you to assign any output to any SKU, error or SAG. You can also automatically manage the palletisers from the sorter. This solution has an intelligent case management system with Smart Gapping.
Sorter high speed (up to 120 boxes/min)
The high-speed sorter is a box sorting system that, unlike the medium speed sorter, can process up to 120 boxes per minute. The management software allows to assign any exit to any SKU, error or SAG. You can also automatically manage the palletisers from the sorter. This solution is equipped with an intelligent box management system with Smart Gapping.
