WRAPPING SOLUTIONS

Arm Wrapper
Model prepared to dispense film or raffia to a pallet with pre-braking to achieve correct mesh tension. It has a spinning arm to prevent the pallet load moving before correct meshing if the pallet has a 90º exit the wrapping machine set will have a turntable enabled to receive the pallet from the palletizer towards an exit of 90º.

Optional Arm Wrapper with additional
paper dispenser

Turntable Wrapper
Model prepared to dispense film or raffia on a pallet, the stretch wrapper is equipped with an adjustable tensioning system to achieve the optimum tension thus avoiding breakage and production line stoppages. The stretch wrapper consists of a rotating table on which the pallet is self-netting, without the need of external clamping equipment (nor personnel intervention). This baler model has an accessory for the pre-application of paper, this device helps seal the product and protect the raw material from early oxidation.
